Aditya Rao founded Greentivity Enviro Solutions out of a deeply personal commitment to clean water and sustainable communities. As an active apartment dweller and a cluster secretary with the Bangalore Apartments Federation (BAF), he witnessed first-hand the chronic neglect of sewage treatment systems. That experience ignited a mission — to bring transparency, technology, and accountability to the WASH industry. Under his leadership, Greentivity has grown into a debt-free, ISO 9001:2015-certified MSME recognized among the top 10 water and wastewater management companies in India, serving municipalities, RWAs, corporates, and industrial clients across the country.

Ramesh architects Greentivity's entire digital infrastructure — from the AquaSTP real-time monitoring platform to internal workflows and data pipelines. With a sharp focus on systems reliability and innovation, he ensures our technology remains a competitive differentiator in the water treatment space.
Raghuraman brings extensive hands-on engineering expertise to every project Greentivity undertakes. He leads technical assessments, performance audits, and ensures all STP and WTP systems meet or exceed Pollution Control Board standards and NGT guidelines.
Karthik specializes in STP upgrades, modernization, and new plant construction. His vendor-agnostic philosophy means every client receives a solution tailored to their unique site conditions and compliance requirements — never a one-size-fits-all approach.
Samuel leads Greentivity's research initiatives, exploring emerging treatment technologies and sustainable practices that keep the company ahead of regulatory changes and industry trends. His work underpins the scientific credibility behind every Greentivity solution delivered.
Sanjay supports the IT team in maintaining and enhancing Greentivity's digital tools, client portals, and operational software. His attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations across all project sites.
