Where It All Began
Aditya Rao
Aditya Rao founded Greentivity Enviro Solutions out of a deeply personal commitment to clean water and sustainable communities. As an active apartment dweller and a cluster secretary with the Bangalore Apartments Federation (BAF), he witnessed first-hand the chronic neglect of sewage treatment systems. That experience ignited a mission — to bring transparency, technology, and accountability to the WASH industry. Under his leadership, Greentivity has grown into a debt-free, ISO 9001:2015-certified MSME recognized among the top 10 water and wastewater management companies in India, serving municipalities, RWAs, corporates, and industrial clients across the country.

Ramesh Bhupalam
Ramesh architects Greentivity's entire digital infrastructure — from the AquaSTP real-time monitoring platform to internal workflows and data pipelines. With a sharp focus on systems reliability and innovation, he ensures our technology remains a competitive differentiator in the water treatment space.
Raghuraman
With over a decade of hands-on experience across municipal, residential, and commercial sectors, Raghuraman leads the technical heart of Greentivity’s operations. As GM of Projects, he oversees the full lifecycle of water treatment solutions—from rigorous performance audits and technical assessments to the flawless execution of system upgrades. A specialist in STP refurbishment and recommissioning, Raghuraman ensures that every project is engineered for peak efficiency while strictly adhering to KSPCB and NGT guidelines. His "no-excuses" approach to project management ensures that complex engineering challenges are met with precise, reliable solutions.
Karthikeyan G
Karthikeyan leads the O&M division at Greentivity with a focus on discipline, dedication, and technical precision. An Electrical Engineer with a decade of experience spanning DISCOMs and municipal STPs, he bridges the gap between infrastructure and intelligent automation. Karthik specializes in the electrical modernization and digital upgrading of treatment plants, ensuring that systems are not just functional, but energy-efficient and resilient. Under his leadership, our O&M services are characterized by a relentless commitment to uptime and client satisfaction.
Samuel RajKumar
An award-winning researcher and Founder of FFEM, Samuel leads Greentivity’s scientific initiatives. A pioneer in open-source environmental monitoring, he developed smartphone-integrated sensors that turn mobile devices into field laboratories. With multiple National and International awards and grants from both Government and Academic institutions, Samuel oversees the research that delivers scientifically validated water quality and data-driven innovation across all our installations.
Sanjay ShivaPrasad P
Sanjay supports the IT team in maintaining and enhancing Greentivity's digital tools, client portals, and operational software. His attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations across all project sites.
